In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily guest interactions, manage the front desk team, and ensure seamless service delivery across all hospitality touchpoints. Your leadership will foster a welcoming environment that emphasizes guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and team collaboration. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and guest inquiries Lead and motivate the guest services team to deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism and warmth Handle complex guest issues promptly, ensuring resolutions that exceed expectations and foster loyalty Share captivating social media posts Maintain high standards of phone etiquette and multi-line phone system management to ensure clear communication with guests and staff Support wedding cake tastings for our brides Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management, hotel management, or guest services within a resort or hotel environment Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable Experience managing front desk operations, including night audit procedures and multi-line phone systems Knowledge of hotel experience standards, guest relations practices, and hospitality industry best practices Exceptional phone etiquette skills with the ability to handle multiple inquiries professionally Ability to lead a diverse team, motivate staff, and foster a positive work environment Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us as a Guest Service Manager where your leadership will elevate our guests' experiences while advancing your career in hospitality!
