Location:
Palm Desert, CA Salary:
$180,000 - $200,000 base salary + 30% annual bonus potential

Qualifications:
Proven Hotel General Manager experience within an upscale, luxury, lifestyle, or boutique full-service hotel environment. Strong background leading operations, financial performance, guest experience initiatives, and high-performing teams. Experience in California hospitality markets with a passion for programming, community engagement, and creating memorable guest experiences.
Requirements:
Valid U.S. work visa required (no sponsorship available). Must currently be a Hotel General Manager with a stable career history and demonstrated leadership success. 5+ years of progressive hotel leadership experience with strong knowledge of rooms operations, P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue strategy.
