The Harvest Inn is an idyllic resort designed to celebrate the vineyard way of life, with 81 luxurious accommodations nestled into four uniquely crafted neighborhoods, two secluded swimming pools, and a plush spa with indoor and outdoor facilities. Surrounded by lush landscaping of expansive clipped lawns, Harvest Inn has serene shaded groves, partially forested by towering redwoods. Harvest Inn is home to gardens of agricultural botanicals that produce many of the ingredients on the menus of our on-property restaurant, Harvest Table.
PAY SCALE
The pay scale for this position is between $27.00 and $28.00 per hour. This is the pay range for this position that the Hotel reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual wage rates will be based on a number of factors, such as experience, type of hotel experience, and education. The Front Office Supervisor position at the Harvest Inn is responsible for overseeing the daily Front Office operation. This position is responsible for assuring all guest requests and wants are responded to in a timely manner and carried out to the guest satisfaction. The Front Office Supervisor will report directly to the Front Office Manager, being their right hand in developing the Front Office Operation. This role allows the opportunity to gain Supervisor experience for a Luxury Hotel in the Napa Valley. Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Make sure that all Front Office Agents, Concierge and Bellman are held accountable for their daily tasks Review Front Office daily checklist for completion and accuracy Attend daily Morning meetings, reviewing guest arrivals and VIPS Must be able to run reports through hotel PMS as needed by Front Office Manager Be able to multitask and prioritize as necessary to best complete the days tasks in coordination with the needs of guests Work closely with the Reservation and Revenue Department on selling strategize and maximizing revenue opportunities. Audit arrivals and assign rooms accordingly in hotel PMS. Create SOP's as directed by the Front Office Manager. Assist with reviewing payroll daily. Be knowledgeable of all computer systems, including basic knowledge of Harvest Table systems to complete restaurant reservations if needed Create and perfect the arrival process with the assistance of the Front Office Manager Help maintain good communication between all departments Conduct daily turnovers for Front Office, Concierge & Bellman Attendant Hotel meetings (Morning meetings, Manager Meeting, Resume meetings, etc) Acting MOD when the Front Office Manager is not present. Become proficient in empathy and understanding recovery guests to best assist in the guest experience Act as a liaison between our winery partners and the harvest inn by sending in house guests to their tastings
Qualifications:
