We're looking for an upbeat, motivated, and sales/results-driven Lead/Assistant Center Manager who is ready to lead from the floor, develop others, and play an active role in the success of our centers. As an Assistant Center Manager, you'll partner closely with the Center Manager to support daily operations, sales performance, team development, and the overall guest experience. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes initiative, moves with purpose, enjoys developing people, and is motivated by achieving goals. You'll help create an environment where associates feel supported and accountable, guests receive an exceptional experience, and the center continues to grow. 00/hour Compensation may vary based on relevant leadership, sales, retail, hospitality, beauty-industry experience, and other job-related qualifications. A Day in the Life As an Assistant Center Manager, you'll: Lead by example in delivering an exceptional guest experience and driving sales performance Support the Center Manager with daily operations, center goals, and team development Serve as Manager on Duty and confidently lead the center when the Center Manager is not present Coach, motivate, and support Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists through ongoing feedback, recognition, and accountability Help the team understand performance goals and identify opportunities to strengthen results Maintain an active presence on the floor and step in where needed to support guests, associates, and business needs Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, training, and continued development of associates Assist with scheduling, inventory management, cash handling, and other operational responsibilities Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, organization, sales, and the overall guest experience Support local marketing, community outreach, and center initiatives Foster a positive, professional, collaborative, and results-focused work environment Communicate center priorities clearly and follow through to ensure consistent execution Participate in ongoing leadership training, coaching, meetings, and professional development What We're Looking For Previous experience in retail, hospitality, beauty, sales, or another guest-focused environment Leadership, supervisory, or team-development experience preferred Strong sales mindset with the ability to lead by example and motivate others toward goals Confident communicator who can build relationships, provide feedback, and hold others accountable professionally Self-motivated, dependable, punctual, organized, and comfortable taking initiative Ability to prioritize responsibilities and move efficiently in a fast-paced environment Solution-oriented mindset with a willingness to identify opportunities rather than wait for direction Genuine interest in coaching, developing, and celebrating the success of others Comfortable balancing guest experience, team needs, sales performance, and operational priorities Computer proficiency and ability to learn center systems Reliable transportation and ability to support both San Bruno and Daly City locations as business needs require Legal authorization to work in the United States; this position is not currently eligible for employer-sponsored work authorization

Schedule:

Weekdays:

Approximately 8:00 AM-2:30 PM and 2:30 PM-9:00

PM Weekends:

Approximately 8:30 AM-5:00

PM Full-Time:
