We're entering an exciting new chapter with major facility improvements, operational growth, and an upcoming rebrand. We're looking for a motivated, dependable leader who wants to grow alongside the business and help us continue raising the standard of care for our clients and their dogs. If you're someone who takes pride in leading a team, solving problems, delivering outstanding customer service, and creating an exceptional experience for both people and pets, we'd love to meet you. Position Summary As our Assistant Manager, you'll work closely with the General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facility. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines customer service, team leadership, operations, and animal care. Every day is different, and we're looking for someone who leads by example and isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed. Responsibilities Help oversee daily facility operations Lead, coach, and support team members Deliver exceptional customer service Assist with employee scheduling and daily staffing Ensure the health, safety, and cleanliness of the facility Maintain the highest standards of dog care Resolve customer concerns professionally Assist with opening and closing procedures Help improve systems and operational efficiency Work alongside the team during busy periods Qualifications Previous leadership or management experience preferred Experience in animal care, boarding, daycare, veterinary, hospitality, or customer service is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Positive, professional, and dependable attitude Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Able to lift 50 pounds and remain active throughout the workday Weekend and holiday availability required Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay ($30
