At Marriott Boulder, we're looking for a Guest Services Manager who can make guests feel welcome, support a busy front desk team, and keep the day moving when plans change. You'll lead by example, whether you're coaching an associate, resolving a guest concern, or helping the team prepare for a full house. You know the details matter, but you also know guests remember a warm, confident team. What you'll do Lead and support the guest services team across daily front desk operations. Coach associates and help them grow their skills and confidence. Handle guest concerns with professionalism, good judgment, and genuine care. Partner with other departments to keep arrivals, departures, and special requests running smoothly. Help manage schedules, training, service standards, and daily follow-through. What you'll bring Experience leading a front desk or guest services team in hospitality. A calm, hands-on approach when things get busy. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. A love of great service and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed. Flexibility to work a schedule that meets the hotel's needs, including weekends and holidays.
