Responsibilities Supervise daily front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures and guest inquiries Lead and motivate front desk staff to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold service standards Manage reservations using property management systems such as OPERA and other hospitality reservation platforms Handle guest requests, complaints, and emergencies with professionalism and prompt problem-solving Oversee night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial reconciliation and reporting Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel policies, emergency procedures, and safety protocols to ensure guest security and satisfaction Facilitate effective communication between departments to support smooth hotel operations and guest experiences Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, with a focus on guest services and client communication Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms Excellent customer service skills with a friendly phone etiquette and multilingual or bilingual abilities preferred Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, night audit processes, and resort or hotel experience preferred Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to train, motivate, and supervise front desk staff effectively Strong problem-solving skills in customer service scenarios and experience working with hospitality reservation systems Join us in creating memorable guest experiences through energetic leadership and dedicated service!
