General purpose of this position:

Be an active participant in keeping these communities a desirable places for residents to live, and for team members to work and take pride in.

Other key responsibilities include:

Reporting to, and acting under the direction of the Property Manager, Service Manager, District Manager, Regional Vice President and/or Vice President General knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry is preferred One year of job-related experience required Reliable transportation is necessary to get between properties as needed Hand tools to perform the general duties listed above are required Good communication skills in dealing with employees, residents, contractors, and vendors are necessary Knowledge of budget costs and pricing is required Neat, clean, well-groomed appearance; ask for a copy of the dress code Demonstrated ability to work well with residents, supervisor, employees and vendors If you're that person, come join Griffis/Blessing, Inc., one of the largest property management companies on the Front Range!
