We are looking for a Front Desk Manager for the Fairfield Inn & Suites, Lakewood Colorado Why this role matters: The Front Office sets the tone for every guest interaction. You'll lead a team that ensures each arrival feels like a warm welcome home and every departure ends with a smile. This is your chance to elevate service standards, inspire your team, and make a lasting impact on our guest experience. What you'll do: Maintains all standards of guest service. Manage and motivate all front office personnel with daily supervision to include staffing, training, discipline, scheduling and visually monitoring performance to ensure adherence to all service and productivity standards to provide the very best in guest satisfaction. Receive and resolve all departmental guest complaints in a timely manner and within the guidelines of the company. Check and control room reservations, front office systems, supplies inventory, scheduling, forecasting and department budget to maximize revenue. Compile and prepare financial reports (including rate and availability calendar). Communicate with guests and employees both verbally and in writing to answer questions and provide clear direction in advising and instructing staff in details of work. Organize, conduct and/or attend meetings to obtain and disseminate pertinent information. Implement and monitor all corporate marketing programs to include Marriott Bonvoy, etc. Organize and conduct pre-shift and monthly departmental meetings to disseminate pertinent information. Attend all manager staff, division, and other hotel meetings as deemed necessary. Oversee daily front office operations, ensuring smooth check-ins, check-outs, and guest satisfaction. Partner with Housekeeping, Sales, and other departments to create a seamless guest journey. Manage Front Desk agent scheduling with attention to accuracy and efficiency. On call availability for Front Desk - Must. What we're looking for: On call availability is MUST for Front Desk staffing. Proven experience as a Front Office Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or similar role in a hotel environment. Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, service-first approach. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. Tech-savvy with hotel systems . A passion for hospitality and team development.
