Regional Director of Operations / Management Company Leadership The General Manager (GM) serves as the primary strategic business leader for the property. Responsible for all aspects of daily operations, the GM drives financial performance, ensures brand service standards, leads and develops team members, and maintains strong connections within the local Parker and South Metro Denver community. Key Responsibilities1. Operations & Brand Management Oversee daily front desk, housekeeping, engineering, and food & beverage (complimentary breakfast) operations. Ensure strict compliance with Marriott International brand standards, Quality Assurance (QA) audits, and local safety regulations. Conduct regular property walkthroughs to ensure guest rooms, public spaces, and grounds meet high cleanliness and maintenance standards. 2. Strategic & Financial Performance Manage property operating budgets, labor targets, and monthly P&L statements to maximize profitability (GOP). Collaborate with Revenue Management and Sales to set pricing, optimize room yields, and achieve target RevPAR and STR Index goals. Review and approve invoices, vendor contracts, and property purchasing. 3. Guest Experience & Satisfaction Drive guest satisfaction performance metrics (such as Marriott Medallia scores). Respond promptly to guest inquiries, reviews, and elevated service concerns. Maintain a visible and approachable presence in the lobby and guest-facing areas. 4. Leadership & Human Resources Recruit, hire, train, coach, and retain top talent across all departments. Foster a positive, inclusive work culture that promotes associate engagement and career growth. Conduct regular staff meetings and annual associate performance reviews. 5. Sales & Community Relations Support local direct sales efforts by building relationships with corporate accounts, local event venues, and community organizations in Parker and Douglas County. Represent the hotel positively in the local business community.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
3+ years of hotel management experience (General Manager or AGM level preferred).
Brand Experience:
Experience with select-service Marriott brands (SpringHill Suites, TownePlace Suites, Residence Inn, or Fairfield) strongly preferred.
Education:
Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or equivalent field/experience.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with hotel PMS systems (e.g., FOSSE/Lightspeed), Marriott systems (MARSHA, MGS, Medallia), and Microsoft Office suite.
Flexibility:
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as operational needs dictate. Preferred Skills & Competencies Strong financial acumen and expense control skills. Hands-on, approachable leadership style with excellent problem-solving ability. Deep understanding of local Parker/South Denver market dynamics.

$80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
