Your leadership will drive a positive guest experience, streamline front desk procedures, and foster a welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence. Responsibilities Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes while maintaining high standards of customer service. Manage guest reservations using hospitality reservation systems and property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms. Lead and motivate front desk staff, providing training on phone etiquette, customer service, and hotel emergency procedures to ensure consistent guest satisfaction. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and problem-solving skills to enhance guest relations. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure timely resolution of guest issues and room readiness. Maintain accurate records of guest information, billing details, and night audit procedures to ensure financial accuracy. Support multilingual or bilingual communication efforts to serve diverse guests effectively and promote inclusive hospitality experiences. Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, ideally within resort or hotel environments. Familiarity with hotel management systems such as OPERA or comparable property management software. Strong knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest services standards, and customer service best practices. Demonstrated ability to handle complex client communication scenarios with tact and professionalism. Experience supervising front desk teams, providing training on customer service problem-solving, phone communication, and hospitality protocols. Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve an international clientele effectively. Prior night audit experience or resort hospitality background is a plus for this energetic leadership role.
