As the face of our establishment, you will oversee daily front office activities, ensure seamless guest services, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality management. Your leadership will drive customer satisfaction, foster a welcoming environment, and coordinate with various departments to maintain operational excellence. Responsibilities Manage all front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and guest inquiries using property management systems such as OPERA or similar platforms. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally, ensuring a memorable stay. Supervise front desk staff, assign duties, monitor performance, and promote teamwork to enhance service quality. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently through effective problem-solving and excellent communication skills. Oversee night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial reconciliation and reporting at the end of each shift. Enforce hotel emergency procedures, safety protocols, and security measures to guarantee guest safety at all times. Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, reservations, and incidents while ensuring compliance with hospitality standards and property policies. Skills Proven experience in hospitality management with a strong background in hotel operations and front desk supervision. Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests and team members worldwide. Proficiency in hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or comparable property management systems (PMS). Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem-solving capabilities. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, night audit processes, and hotel safety protocols. Strong phone etiquette skills for handling inquiries via phone communication professionally and courteously. Experience working in resort environments or properties with extensive guest services requirements is highly desirable.
