Job Summary The Front Desk Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and reception area. This position is responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining an organized and efficient office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, computer literacy, and a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors. Duties Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner, addressing inquiries and providing information as needed. Manage scheduling and appointments, coordinating with staff to ensure optimal use of resources. Maintain accurate filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring all documents are organized and easily accessible. Utilize Google Suite applications to manage correspondence, create documents, and maintain spreadsheets. Perform proofreading of internal communications and documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism. Assist with office management tasks, including inventory management of supplies and equipment. Provide support as a personal assistant to senior management when required, handling confidential information with discretion. Train and supervise front desk staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. Requirements Proven experience in an administrative role or as a medical receptionist is preferred. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Google Suite applications. Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, visitors, and team members. Experience in office management is advantageous.
