Task Force Traveling Hotel Manager IHG/Hilton Dual Location:
This will be in Alabama Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Task Force Traveling Hotel Manager to oversee operations for both IHG and Hilton branded properties in the Fort Lauderdale area. This dual-role position requires a highly adaptable leader with a strong background in hotel management, capable of maintaining brand standards, driving operational excellence, and delivering exceptional guest experiences across multiple properties. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of assigned IHG and Hilton hotels, ensuring compliance with brand standards and company policies. Lead and motivate hotel teams to achieve operational goals, enhance guest satisfaction, and maximize profitability. Coordinate with corporate offices and brand representatives to implement initiatives and maintain brand integrity. Oversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure quality, safety, and maintenance standards are met. Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally. Facilitate training and development programs for hotel staff to improve service delivery and operational efficiency. Travel between properties as required to provide hands-on leadership and support. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of hotel management experience, preferably with both IHG and Hilton brands. Proven ability to manage multiple properties and lead diverse teams effectively. Strong knowledge of hotel operations, financial management, and brand standards. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Willingness and ability to travel frequently between hotel locations. Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing environments.
