Job Description
Overview The Guest Services Manager oversees the Guest Experience at the hospital's entrances and information desks. The Guest Services Manager collaborates with hospital departments to develop initiatives that deliver high quality customer service with the goal to elevate the first impression. The Manager builds programs that prevents and provides prompt resolution to guest concerns, ensures a welcoming environment of care, and sustains effective and efficient daily operations. This person provides daily support and direct management oversight of the Guest Services Specialists and ensures hospitality standards are met. This person role models the hospital's values and is seen as a key contact for training and developing hospitality programs.
