Hotel Assistant General Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant General Manager to support the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. As the Assistant General Manager, you will assist in ensuring that all guests have a memorable experience while contributing to the hotel's profitability and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities Support Hotel Management :

Assist the General Manager in overseeing all hotel departments, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Revenue Management :

Help implement revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Budget Management :

Collaborate in developing and managing budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.

Staff Supervision :

Supervise staff, providing training, support, and performance evaluations in collaboration with the General Manager.

Policy Implementation :

Assist in implementing and maintaining hotel policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.

Team Environment :

Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth among staff.

Guest Relations :

Address guest complaints and concerns promptly, ensuring resolution to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Marketing Collaboration :

Work with marketing teams to promote hotel services and special events.

Market Awareness :

Monitor industry trends to help maintain competitiveness within the hospitality market. Experience Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise staff effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Knowledge of revenue management techniques and budgeting processes. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Familiarity with phone systems and hotel management software is preferred. A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
