Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee the operations of our establishment in Lake Worth Beach. The Hotel Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business, including staff supervision, customer service, inventory control, and financial management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry and possess excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Duties:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the establishment
• Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
• Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory control measures
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts as needed.

Help with front desk and housekeeping as needed.

Skills:

• Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training staff members
• In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry, including banquet operations, bartending, and restaurant management
• Proficient in inventory control practices to minimize waste and maximize profitability
• Familiarity with kitchen operations and food safety regulations
