Duties Supervise daily front desk activities, including guest registration, room assignments, and billing procedures to ensure smooth operations. Lead and motivate front desk staff to deliver outstanding guest services with professionalism and warmth. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and effectively to maximize satisfaction. Oversee night audit procedures, ensuring accurate financial reconciliation and reporting at the end of each shift. Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist guests and coordinate internal communication seamlessly. Maintain comprehensive guest records and ensure data accuracy for reservations, billing, and loyalty programs. Support the training and development of team members in hospitality standards, hotel management protocols, and guest relations best practices. Experience Proven experience in hotel management or front desk supervision within a resort or hotel environment. Strong background in hospitality management with an emphasis on customer service excellence. Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively. Familiarity with night audit procedures, multi-line phone systems, and guest services operations. Demonstrated ability to handle guest relations professionally while maintaining high standards of hospitality. Knowledge of hotel experience systems and software used for reservations, billing, and reporting is preferred. Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and multi-tasking in busy settings.
