Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and experienced property and housekeeping manager to oversee three boutique hotel properties, totaling 44 short-term rental-style units. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and task assignment skills, as well as knowledge of housekeeping cleanliness details and customer/guest service skills. A strong background in hospitality or hotel management is a MUST. Experience with short-term rental booking and management software is a MUST. Must have knowledge of local short-term rental guidelines and regulations. This role is vital in ensuring that all properties meet high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation, providing exceptional service to guests. Must have knowledge of local short-term rental guidelines and regulations. Duties Managing the booking software and coordinating with the marketing team to maximize reservations and positive reviews. Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations across multiple properties. Manage a team of housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations Oversee janitorial tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and custodial duties to ensure efficiency and quality Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs or areas for improvement Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within all property environments Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens, ensuring cost-effective procurement Skills Knowledge of short-term rental booking and housekeeping software programs. Experience in hospitality or property management is a MUST Excellent communication skills for coordinating with staff and guests Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to details Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services with a strong understanding of commercial cleaning standards Supervising experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively Management skills with a focus on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction Background in hotel or hospitality industry preferred, with knowledge of housekeeper management practices Strong leadership qualities with excellent organizational skills Ability to oversee laundry services and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene Join us as a Boutique Hotel Property Manager where your leadership will shape memorable guest experiences while driving operational success.
