Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Vacation Rental Front Desk Manager to lead our guest services team at a vibrant vacation rental property. In this pivotal role, you will be the welcoming face of our property, ensuring every guest receives exceptional service from check-in to check-out. Your leadership will drive a positive guest experience, streamline operations, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality management. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide comprehensive check-in and check-out assistance using property management systems (PMS) such as Track Manage reservations efficiently through hospitality reservation systems, ensuring accuracy and timely updates Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with excellent customer service problem-solving skills Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth property operations and guest satisfaction Handle phone communication with professionalism, demonstrating superior phone etiquette and client communication skills as well as handle after hour calls. Enforce hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest safety at all times Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, reservations, and incident reports to support operational excellence Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within hotel or resort environments Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor and the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and guest relations strategies Previous resort experience is preferred to understand the unique needs of vacation rental guests Ability to communicate clearly via phone and in person while maintaining professional phone etiquette Demonstrated problem-solving skills in customer service scenarios to enhance guest satisfaction Join us in creating unforgettable vacation experiences by leading our front desk team with enthusiasm and professionalism!
