Job Description
Overview The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the Front Desk/Concierge Services and Valet operations, ensuring an exceptional luxury residential experience for homeowners, residents, guests, and visitors. This position provides direct oversight of team members during assigned shifts, supports daily operations, resolves escalated resident concerns, and ensures all services are delivered in accordance with Turnberry Ocean Club Residences' service standards. The Front Desk Supervisor serves as a senior on-duty leader for the Front Desk and Valet team, providing guidance, coaching, and operational support while maintaining the highest levels of hospitality, professionalism, and resident satisfaction. Essential Responsibilities Operations & Resident Services Supervise the daily operations of the Front Desk and Valet teams during assigned shifts. Ensure all residents, and guests, receive a warm, professional, and personalized arrival and departure experience. Monitor daily service standards to ensure consistency with luxury residential hospitality expectations. Respond promptly and professionally to resident requests, concerns, service issues, and complaints, escalating matters to management when appropriate. Follow up on resident requests and complaints to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction. Maintain accurate resident profiles and records within the property's resident management system. Communicate effectively with Security, Engineering, Housekeeping, Management, and other departments to ensure seamless resident service. Assist with special events, resident functions, and operational projects as assigned. Team Leadership Provide coaching, direction, and immediate feedback to employees to maintain exceptional service standards. Lead by example by demonstrating professionalism, accountability, and outstanding guest service. Monitor employee performance and communicate concerns, recognition, and development opportunities to department management. Assist with onboarding and training of new team members while reinforcing departmental policies and procedures. Support ongoing training initiatives to ensure employees remain knowledgeable of operational procedures and service standards. Foster teamwork, professionalism, and a positive work environment. Resident Relations Build positive relationships residents through personalized service and proactive communication. Handle sensitive or escalated resident situations with professionalism, discretion, and urgency. Anticipate resident needs and provide thoughtful solutions that enhance the overall residential experience. Promote a culture of hospitality that exceeds resident expectations. Valet Operations Monitor daily valet operations to ensure safe, efficient, and timely vehicle retrieval and parking services. Report safety hazards, maintenance concerns, or security issues promptly. Ensure valet staff comply with all operational procedures and safety standards. Administrative Responsibilities Complete daily shift reports and communicate operational updates to management. Review operational reports and documentation for accuracy. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred. Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in luxury hospitality, luxury residential, hotel, condominium, or customer service environments. Previous experience supervising Front Desk, Concierge, and Valet operations preferred. Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
