Maintenance Supervisor Olen Living is seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to join our Residential Property team at our Villas of Juno community in Juno Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will play an essential role in maintaining the integrity and functionality of one of our communities. The Maintenance Supervisor works directly under the Property Manager and is responsible for the physical appearance and maintenance of the property. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Manages the occupied service request process, ensuring quality control and timeliness.
  • Responsible for make ready turn processes for all vacant units. Including scheduling, ordering, performing or supervising maintenance, supervising vendors and final quality inspections.
  • Oversee required occupied work order and make ready documentation and management.
  • Responsible for inventory control, keeps a detailed inventory list, and orders supplies and parts every week.
  • Responsible for maintenance shop, maintaining adequate stock, keeping it organized, safe, and clean.
  • Performs monthly preventive maintenance inspections and repairs to ensure smooth and safe day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain property exteriors including buildings, trash enclosures, curbs, carports, sidewalks, parking lots and garages.
  • Works closely with the Property Manager and Regional Maintenance Supervisor regarding property maintenance, staff, and training.
  • Conducts apartment and property inspections regularly.
  • Provides excellent customer service to residents, prospective residents, and co-workers.
  • Other duties may be assigned in support of maintenance goals.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3-years residential property maintenance experience
  • High school diploma
  • Universal HVAC certification required
  • Previous experience implementing a preventive maintenance program.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, etc.) and a willingness to learn new software.
  • Able to work after business hours as necessary for emergency calls and maintenance emergencies.

$29 to $32
