What You Will Do:
Support the Chief Engineer in overseeing the daily operations of the Engineering Department. Supervise and assist maintenance team members with daily assignments and projects. Perform and oversee preventive maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel. Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and building systems. Respond promptly to maintenance requests, emergencies, and guest needs. Assist with scheduling, work orders, inventory management, and vendor coordination. Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and exceptional service. Help ensure compliance with safety standards, brand requirements, and company policies.
