The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively. This role is crucial in ensuring that guests receive outstanding service and that the hotel operates smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services. Supervise and train staff to ensure high standards of customer service and operational efficiency. Oversee the night audit process to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with hotel policies. Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance guest satisfaction and streamline processes. Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner, ensuring a positive experience for all guests. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary to maintain hotel operations. Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to brand standards. Requirements Proven experience in hotel management within the hospitality industry. Strong supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required; ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds is essential. Familiarity with front desk operations, night audit procedures, and general hotel management practices. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are necessary for effective guest interactions. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must have the knowledge of Opera PMS system.
