Position:
As a key member of Resort Operations, you will be responsible for supervising a team of maintenance technicians, coordinating repair and maintenance tasks, and ensuring that all resort facilities and equipment are well-maintained to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for owners and guests.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee Maintenance Operations
- Ensure guest units, public areas, facilities, and equipment are maintained in good working order while responding efficiently to service requests. Lead and Develop Staff
- Train, coach, and supervise maintenance team members, address performance issues, conduct evaluations, and assist employees as needed. Manage Daily Operations and Scheduling
- Create work schedules, assign daily tasks, coordinate with other departments, and ensure maintenance services are delivered efficiently and timely. Ensure Quality, Compliance, and Safety
- Inspect completed work, enforce company policies and procedures, maintain operational standards, and ensure compliance with OSHA and applicable local, state, and federal regulations. Maintain Records and Resolve Issues
- Monitor budgets, payroll, and work-hour records; investigate equipment and service concerns; report employee injuries and incidents; and implement corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. One year of supervisory experience. Basic computer skills including use of word processing and spreadsheet programs. Detail-oriented with good organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to demonstrate good judgment when dealing with owners and staff members. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Valid driver's license
