Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Manage hotel operations: Oversee the overall functioning of the property, with direct oversight of operational performance. Act as the General Manager delegate: Assume full operational leadership responsibilities in the absence of the General Manager Maximize performance and satisfaction: Drive operational efficiency, profitability, and service excellence to ensure a high level of guest and team member satisfaction. Partner with commercial and finance leadership to maximize sales opportunities and financial control Oversee quality and service initiatives: Implement and manage daily quality assurance processes to enhance the guest experience and ensure alignment with brand standards Communicate with key stakeholders: Partner with hotel owners and corporate leadership to align business goals and operational strategy Inspire and develop the team: Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment
