Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and adherence to quality standards
- Manage the hotel's budget and expenses, ensuring financial targets are met
- Supervise and train staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other business partners
- Previous experience in hotel management or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to supervise and motivate a team
- Familiarity with hotel phone systems and reservation software
- Exceptional guest relations skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
