Front Desk Manager The Front Desk Manager oversees front desk operations, ensures excellent guest service, and leads the Front Desk and Night Audit teams. This role ensures procedures are followed, service standards are met, and daily operations run smoothly. Responsibilities Follow and enforce departmental policies, procedures, and brand standards. Provide prompt, professional service and anticipate guest needs. Manage daily front office operations and support financial goals. Resolve guest issues and support staff with escalated concerns. Train, coach, and develop team members. Conduct new hire orientation and ongoing training. Maintain knowledge of room status, arrivals, VIPs, and events. Document call‑offs and ensure shift coverage. Assist staff with tasks as needed. Ensure proper grooming and uniform compliance. Complete reports and administrative tasks on time. Monitor cash drawers, deposits, and change orders. Skills & Abilities Strong guest service focus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Serve confidently as Manager on Duty. Maintain confidentiality. Provide performance feedback and corrective guidance. Stay organized and prioritize tasks. Problem‑solve and remain calm under pressure. Follow detailed instructions and support training needs.
