Qualifications:

3 to 5 years progressive engineering or maintenance experience in hotels, resorts, or facilities Experience with preventive maintenance programs Demonstrated knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical

Responsibilities:

Monitor the use of parts, tools, chemicals, and consumables to minimize waste and maintain appropriate stock levels. Supervise and allocate work orders, preventive maintenance assignments, inspections, and emergency response activities across the property. Supervise the operation and preventive maintenance in all areas (structural and equipment).

Pay:

$70,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year
