Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as an Assistant Hotel Manager, where you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth daily operations. Duties Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk activities, guest services, and housekeeping coordination to ensure seamless service delivery Supervise and manage hospitality teams, providing leadership, training, and motivation to maintain high performance standards Manage hospitality operations budgets, including revenue management, cost control, and financial reporting to optimize profitability Utilize property management systems (PMS) and hospitality reservation systems to handle bookings, guest information, and operational data efficiently Ensure hotel guest service standards are consistently met or exceeded by implementing quality assurance protocols and addressing guest concerns promptly Coordinate with human resources on staffing needs, scheduling, and employee development initiatives Monitor hotel guest relations and resolve issues related to guest services or complaints with professionalism and care Qualifications Proven Marriott experience is highly preferred. Proven supervisory experience within the hospitality industry, with strong leadership capabilities in managing hospitality teams Multilingual or bilingual skills preferred to enhance guest communication across diverse populations Extensive knowledge of hotel management operations including front desk procedures, night audit processes, and multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette Experience with revenue management, budgeting, financial operations, and managing hospitality operations budgets Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), hospitality reservation systems, and property management software (PMS) required Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on delivering memorable guest experiences Strong managerial communication skills for effective team leadership and stakeholder engagement Previous resort experience or hotel experience emphasizing guest services and hospitality standards is highly desirable Ability to oversee multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us in creating memorable stays for our guests while advancing your career in hospitality management.
