Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Hotel Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. As the Hotel Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and uphold the highest standards of service and hospitality. Your leadership will drive revenue growth, maintain operational efficiency, and foster a welcoming environment for guests from diverse backgrounds. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Oversee all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage services, and maintenance to ensure seamless guest experiences. Lead, supervise, and motivate staff across departments, fostering a positive work environment focused on teamwork and high performance. Manage hotel budgets, control expenses, and implement revenue management strategies to maximize profitability. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest safety. Handle guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction. Coordinate staffing needs, training programs, and performance evaluations. Oversee night audit procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting at the end of each day. Utilize multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette to communicate effectively with guests, vendors, and staff. Implement policies for guest services that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Skills Proven supervising experience within the hospitality or hotel management industry. Strong background in hospitality management with comprehensive knowledge of hotel operations. Expertise in revenue management and budgeting to optimize financial performance. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem resolution. Leadership qualities that inspire teams and promote a collaborative work environment. Familiarity with front desk operations, including multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette. Experience in resort or hotel environments with a focus on guest services and hospitality excellence. Knowledge of human resources practices related to staffing, training, and employee development. Competence in night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial records at close of day shifts.
