Duties Oversee all front desk operations, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and inquiries, ensuring a smooth and welcoming process. Manage multi-line phone systems, handle guest requests promptly, and provide accurate information about hotel services and local attractions. Utilize property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA to process reservations, cancellations, and billing with precision. Lead and train front desk staff on hospitality management best practices, phone etiquette, and customer service excellence. Implement hotel emergency procedures effectively during incidents or safety concerns to ensure guest safety at all times. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs swiftly and efficiently. Resolve guest complaints or issues proactively through customer service problem-solving techniques while maintaining professionalism and courtesy. Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably within resort or hotel environments. Strong knowledge of hotel management systems such as OPERA or similar property management software (PMS). Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to enhance guest communication across diverse populations. Experience in handling night audits and managing multi-line phone systems is preferred. Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, guest services protocols, and resort operations is advantageous. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively via phone and in person while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
