Hotel General Manager Responsibilities:

Oversee all operations of the hotel and personnel Handling guest satisfaction Bring energy and passion to the property Responsible for all financial results of the property Active in the community and with city leaders Financial Budgeting and Reporting Collaborate and answer directly to the owner Team development

Hotel General Manager Requirements:

Three to five years of experience as a Full-service Boutique Hotel GM Full-service Independent experience preferred Focused on the team and guest satisfaction Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends as needed Must have a passion for growing cities with an established culture Love for Indiana University preferred! Strong financial acumen
