Duties Oversee daily front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures and guest inquiries Manage hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or similar property management systems (PMS) to ensure accurate bookings and guest data entry Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally, utilizing multilingual or bilingual skills when applicable Supervise front desk staff, including training on phone etiquette, multi-line phone systems, and hotel emergency procedures Handle guest complaints or issues with problem-solving skills to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests efficiently Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports for management Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or equivalent platforms Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and client communication Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve diverse clientele effectively Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols in resort or hotel settings Exceptional phone communication skills, including multi-line phone system operation and phone etiquette Ability to handle customer service problem-solving swiftly while maintaining professionalism under pressure Join us in creating memorable experiences for our guests through energetic leadership and dedicated service!
