Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. The Hotel Manager will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the overall quality of the hotel. Responsibilities Supervise daily hotel operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes and night audits. Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring high-quality service. Oversee hotel staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations in alignment with human resources practices. Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest services and improve overall hotel performance. Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive guest experience. Maintain accurate records of hotel occupancy, revenue, and expenses. Ensure the hotel is well-maintained and meets health and safety standards. Experience Proven experience in hotel management or a related hospitality role. Strong knowledge of guest services, hotel operations, and human resources management. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus. Familiarity with phone systems and technology used in hospitality settings. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed. Demonstrated experience in guest relations and conflict resolution.
