General Manager/Operations Manager to lead and oversee all facets of our hospitality operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong managerial skills, multilingual abilities, and extensive experience in hospitality management, with a focus on revenue optimization, team leadership, and operational excellence. Responsibilities Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk management, guest services, housekeeping and maintenance to ensure seamless service delivery. Supervise hospitality teams across departments, providing leadership, coaching, and development opportunities to foster a motivated and high-performing workforce. Manage hospitality operations budgets, including revenue management strategies and financial operations to maximize profitability while maintaining service standards. Ensure compliance with hotel management standards, property management systems (PMS), hospitality reservation systems, and guest service protocols. Monitor hotel guest relations by maintaining high standards of customer service, handling guest inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally. Oversee human resources functions such as staffing, training programs, phone etiquette on multi-line phone systems, and employee performance evaluations. Implement and uphold hotel guest service standards to deliver memorable experiences that encourage repeat business. Conduct regular audits including night audits and financial reviews to ensure accuracy in billing and reporting. Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning initiatives aimed at enhancing property performance and guest satisfaction. Skills Multilingual or bilingual abilities that facilitate effective communication with diverse guests and staff. Proven supervisory experience within the hospitality industry with a strong background in hotel management operations. Expertise in revenue management, budgeting, and managing hospitality operations budgets for optimal financial performance. Proficiency with property management systems (PMS), hospitality reservation systems, and other relevant property management software. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage hospitality teams effectively across multiple departments. Strong managerial communication skills to coordinate between departments and communicate expectations clearly. Extensive knowledge of hotel guest service standards, customer service excellence, and guest relations strategies. Experience overseeing night audit procedures and managing front desk operations using multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette.
