Job Description
Hotel General Manager We are seeking an energetic outgoing hotel general manager to lead our team at our IHG branded hotel in or around the Topeka area. IHG background or similar mid-upscale franchise background is what we're looking for. You must have hotel management experience to be considered. You will be responsible for all departments. Weekly revenue meetings with daily focus on rates and strategies. Making sure housekeeping is on track. We are not looking for an office person, but someone who can get out there, enjoy meeting the guests and be hands on with all departments. If you are outgoing and enjoy people, this is your job. Please include your references on your resume, that is mandatory for consideration. Put your prior upper level people you worked under, not someone who worked under you.
