Duties Supervise front desk staff to deliver outstanding guest services with enthusiasm and professionalism Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly, demonstrating excellent customer service problem-solving skills Oversee reservations using hospitality reservation systems, ensuring accuracy and availability management Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare reports for management Train and support team members in phone etiquette, multi-line phone systems, and guest communication protocols Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong understanding of hotel management principles Bilingual or multilingual abilities preferred to serve diverse guests effectively Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or equivalent hotel software Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality standards Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest and staff safety at all times Strong communication skills for client interaction via phone, email, and face-to-face encounters Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and a positive attitude Previous resort or hotel experience highly desirable for this energetic role Additional Criteria References required Verifiable experience Must have reliable transportation Must pass drug screening Will be required to work minimum 4-5 8 hour desk shifts per week (32-40 hours) plus cover any employee missed shifts Salary based on experience and 40-48 hour work week Join us in creating memorable experiences for our guests!
