This role oversees hotel rooms, F&B outlets, and operational departments while driving service excellence and operational efficiency. Qualifications 3-5+ years of Hotel General Manager or senior hotel leadership experience Strong Food & Beverage background Proven ability to manage budgets, guest satisfaction, and multi-department performance Responsibilities Oversee full hotel operations, including rooms, F&B, guest services, and property teams Lead financial performance, staffing, training, and operational standards across all departments Drive guest satisfaction, team culture, and overall property success through hands-on leadership
