Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Guest Experience Coordinator and Salon Manager, where you will lead the charge in creating an exceptional client journey while overseeing daily salon operations. This vibrant role combines front desk management, client relations, team supervision, and administrative excellence to ensure a welcoming environment that fosters loyalty and satisfaction. You'll be at the heart of delivering outstanding service, managing schedules, coordinating vendor relationships, and supporting the growth of our talented team—all while maintaining a smooth-running salon that exceeds expectations. Duties Greet clients warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and seamless check-in process. Manage appointment scheduling using advanced calendar management tools to optimize client flow and staff availability. Supervise salon staff and foster team cohesion. Oversee daily office operations including filing, front desk responsibilities, multi-line phone systems, and handling confidential information with discretion. Coordinate vendor relationships for supplies and equipment and quality standards are met. Utilize accounting software such as SalonBiz for bookkeeping. Handle human resources functions including staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and compliance with company policies. Ensure excellent communication with clients through professional phone etiquette and personalized service to build lasting relationships. Experience Proven supervisory experience in a customer service. Demonstrated ability to manage schedules effectively using calendar management tools; experience with multi-line phone systems is preferred. Background in event planning, vendor management, restaurant management, office administration is highly desirable. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in handling confidential information and maintaining accurate records. Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—with a friendly yet professional demeanor. Experience in team management, training & development initiatives, and fostering a positive work environment. Knowledge of human resources practices including hiring procedures, employee onboarding, performance reviews, and compliance standards.
