This role ensures accurate transaction processing, adherence to company standards, and efficient execution of front-end procedures to support overall store operations and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily front-end operations to ensure accurate and efficient transaction processing Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed, including register reconciliation and control processes Monitor front-end activity to identify and resolve discrepancies, errors, or operational issues Supervise and manage front-end staff to ensure adherence to company policies and performance expectations Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained at all times Review trends related to shrink, cash variances, and operational inconsistencies to address areas of concern Coordinate front-end processes including scheduling, workflow execution, and coverage Support implementation and enforcement of front-end procedures and internal controls Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant front-end environment Qualifications Previous experience in front-end, retail, or customer service operations Strong understanding of cash handling procedures and transaction accuracy Experience leading or managing a team in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools Preferred Qualifications Experience managing front-end or cash room operations Familiarity with audit standards and operational controls Background in high-volume retail or wholesale environments Work Environment / Expectations Primarily retail or front-end operational environment. Requires standing, walking, and interacting with customers and staff. May require schedule flexibility based on business needs.
