Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest relations to ensure seamless service delivery. Lead and supervise hospitality teams, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and professional growth. Manage hotel budgets, including revenue management, expense control, and financial operations to meet profitability targets. Utilize property management systems (PMS) and hospitality reservation systems to optimize bookings, room availability, and guest data accuracy. Implement and uphold hotel guest service standards to ensure exceptional guest experiences that exceed expectations. Develop strategies for revenue enhancement through pricing adjustments, promotional activities, and market analysis. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations while managing human resources tasks such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff scheduling. Foster strong guest relations by addressing feedback promptly and ensuring high levels of customer service across all departments. Oversee night audit procedures and ensure smooth overnight operations in accordance with hotel policies. Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency using data-driven insights from property management systems (PMS) and other hospitality tools. Experience Proven managerial experience within the hospitality industry, preferably in hotel or resort settings with a focus on overseeing daily operations. Demonstrated supervisory experience managing diverse teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong background in hospitality management including revenue management, budgeting, financial analysis, and human resources. Experience working with property management systems (PMS), hospitality reservation systems, and multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette skills. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests and staff. Familiarity with hotel guest service standards, front desk operations including night audit procedures, and managing guest relations is essential. Excellent leadership skills combined with managerial communication abilities to motivate teams and drive operational excellence. Knowledge of resort operations is advantageous; experience managing hospitality budgets and financial operations is required for success in this role.
