Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Hotel General Manager to lead our hospitality team with passion and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and financial performance. Your leadership will inspire teams, optimize revenue streams, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the guest journey while managing a diverse team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate possesses strong supervisory skills, and has a proven track record in hotel management and hospitality operations. Duties Lead and supervise all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest services, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction, increase revenue, and improve operational efficiency Manage hospitality operations, monitor financial performance, and oversee revenue management strategies to maximize profitability Oversee human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws Maintain high standards of customer service by ensuring staff deliver exceptional guest relations and resolve issues promptly Oversee night audit procedures, front desk operations including multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes Implement safety protocols and conduct regular inspections to uphold security standards across the property Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure quality maintenance of hotel facilities and amenities Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on guest feedback and industry best practices Qualifications Proven experience managing hospitality operations within a hotel or resort environment with supervising responsibilities Strong knowledge of hotel management systems, revenue management techniques, budgeting, and financial operations Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively across multiple departments Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele effectively Experience in managing hospitality teams in high-volume settings such as resorts or large hotels is preferred Familiarity with human resources practices including hiring, training, and employee development Knowledge of night audit procedures and front desk operations is advantageous Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems Join us in creating memorable experiences for our guests while leading a vibrant team dedicated to excellence.
