Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated Hotel General Manager to lead our dynamic hospitality team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving revenue and maintaining operational excellence. Duties Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk activities, guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage services, and maintenance to ensure smooth functioning. Manage hospitality reservation systems and property management systems (PMS) to optimize room bookings and guest data accuracy. Lead and supervise hospitality teams across departments, fostering a collaborative environment focused on delivering outstanding guest experiences. Develop and implement hotel management strategies aligned with brand standards, revenue goals, and customer service excellence. Monitor financial operations including budgeting, revenue management, cost control, and managing hospitality operations budgets to maximize profitability. Ensure compliance with hotel guest service standards, health and safety regulations, and human resources policies. Handle guest relations by addressing inquiries or complaints promptly with professionalism and empathy. Conduct regular audits of front desk procedures, night audit processes, and multi-line phone systems to uphold high standards of communication etiquette. Collaborate with human resources for staff recruitment, training programs, performance evaluations, and team development initiatives. Drive marketing efforts to attract new guests while maintaining high levels of repeat business through excellent customer service and hospitality standards. Experience Proven supervisory experience in the hospitality industry with a focus on hotel management or resort operations. Extensive knowledge of hotel management practices including revenue management, financial operations, budgeting, and human resources. Experience overseeing daily hotel operations with a strong emphasis on guest services and property management systems (PMS). Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to enhance guest relations across diverse markets. Demonstrated ability to lead hospitality teams effectively while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems, night audit procedures, front desk operations, and multi-line phone systems. Strong managerial communication skills combined with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a hospitality setting.
