FOH Manager / Guest Experience Manager Tango Mango is seeking a motivated, high-performing Front of House Manager to help lead our Shreveport location. We are a fast-growing, fast-casual concept known for our Asian-inspired rice bowls, handcrafted smoothies, and shaved ice—and we're building a team that takes pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience every single day. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and leads with both professionalism and energy. You won't just manage the front—you'll set the tone for the entire guest experience, ensuring every visit is clean, efficient, and welcoming. Training for this position will take place at our Longview location before transitioning to the Shreveport store. What We're Looking For We're looking for a confident, detail-oriented leader who brings positivity, accountability, and strong organizational skills to every shift. You should be comfortable guiding a team, addressing challenges directly, and maintaining high standards without constant oversight. You notice what others miss—whether it's a messy dining area, slow service, low supplies, or a team member who needs direction—and you take action to fix it. Responsibilities Lead and support the front-of-house team during shifts Deliver a consistently friendly, fast, and professional guest experience Train FOH team members across all roles, including cashier, server, smoothie/drink station, expo/front counter, and drive-thru operations Hold team members accountable to company standards and expectations Handle customer concerns with professionalism and care Ensure order accuracy before food is served Maintain a clean and organized dining room, bathroom, front counter, drink station, and entry area Open and/or close the restaurant following established procedures Manage cash handling, including drawer counts and reporting discrepancies Monitor and restock FOH supplies such as cups, lids, bags, napkins, sauces, labels, and receipt paper Minimize waste and prevent avoidable mistakes Communicate clearly with ownership regarding staff performance, customer feedback, supply needs, and maintenance issues Complete detailed and accurate shift reports Foster a positive, respectful, and high-performing team culture Requirements Previous leadership experience in restaurant, fast-casual, retail, or customer service environments preferred Proven ability to lead a team—not just work as part of one Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation Ability to stay active and move quickly throughout shifts Availability to work nights, weekends, and peak business hours Comfortable giving feedback and correcting team members respectfully but firmly Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Strong commitment to cleanliness, hospitality, and consistency Preferred Experience 2+ years in restaurant, food service, retail, or hospitality 1+ year in a leadership role such as shift lead, supervisor, assistant manager, or FOH manager Experience with cash handling, opening/closing procedures, training, and customer service resolution Background in fast-casual or quick-service environments is a plus Pay & Growth This position offers $18-$25 per hour, based on experience and performance.
