About the Role Are you a passionate hospitality leader who loves creating memorable guest experiences? As our Overnight Manager , you will be the leader on duty during the 11:00 PM-7:00 AM overnight shift , overseeing hotel operations and ensuring our guests receive exceptional service throughout the night. You'll work closely with the Front Office and hotel TEAM to maintain smooth overnight operations, resolve guest concerns, support the Night Auditor, and ensure the hotel is safe, secure, clean, and ready for the next day. Responsibilities As Overnight Manager, you will: Serve as the Manager on Duty during the overnight shift Oversee hotel operations from 11:00 PM-7:00 AM Lead, support, and motivate overnight TEAM members Ensure exceptional guest service and promptly resolve guest concerns Oversee front desk, guest services, and overnight operational activities Support and monitor the Night Auditor and ensure accurate completion of the nightly audit Review arrivals, departures, room status, and other operational reports Handle late-night guest requests, complaints, and service recovery Conduct regular property walks to ensure cleanliness, safety, security, and hotel standards are maintained Respond appropriately to emergencies, incidents, and security concerns Communicate important overnight issues and operational updates to the morning leadership TEAM Ensure the hotel is prepared for the morning shift and following day's operations Maintain accurate records, logs, and shift reports Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards Work collaboratively with all hotel departments to support overall guest and TEAM member satisfaction Lead by example and create a positive, energetic, and welcoming environment Perform additional duties as assigned by hotel leadership What We're Looking For 2+ years of hotel front office, guest services, or supervisory/management experience preferred Previous experience in a branded or lifestyle hotel environment strongly preferred Overnight or Night Audit experience is a plus Hospitality degree or related college coursework preferred Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills Confident decision-maker with the ability to work independently overnight Positive, energetic, and hands-on leadership style Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize Strong attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hotel technology/platforms Experience with systems such as Opera, Lightspeed, HotSOS, Slack, or similar hotel platforms is a plus Fluency in English required; additional languages, particularly Spanish, are a plus Must be available to work the 11:00 PM-7:00 AM overnight schedule, including weekends and holidays Join Our TEAM If you're ready to take ownership, lead with confidence, and create memorable experiences for guests — even after midnight — we'd love to have you on our TEAM.
