Job Description
True North Hotel Group, an award-winning management and development company, is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at our Springhill Suites/TownePlace Suites in Wrentham, MA. We offer awesome benefits and a great family culture. RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for assisting in the supervision of the Front Office operations and personnel.
Promote an atmosphere that fosters friendly and efficient service for our guests.
Oversee office personnelGreet guests and check them into hotel, issue room keys, direct guests to rooms and other areas.
Respond to guest questions either in person or over the phone Fulfill guests needs, ensuring their stay is as enjoyable as possible; assist with dining, entertainment, and transportation reservations, as needed.
Resolve guest problems/complaintsClerical duties including answering phone calls, taking messages, entering reservations, filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing
Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistancePrevious hospitality management experience preferredMust be able to carry, lift, pull push up to 50lbs We look forward to hearing from you!

QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistancePrevious hospitality management experience preferredMust be able to carry, lift, pull push up to 50lbs We look forward to hearing from you!
