In this role, you will support the Property Manager in overseeing the property's daily maintenance operations. Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00

PM On-Call:

24/7 after-hours, weekends, and holidays Key Responsibilities Perform general maintenance duties, including:

HVAC:

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems

Electrical:

Install lamps, ballasts, repair switches, outlets, and fixtures

Plumbing:

Clear backups, repair/replace toilets and faucets, install disposals

Carpentry:

Replace doors, shelves, siding, and other wood components

General:
