What You'll Do As a Supervisor, you'll play an important role in maintaining the high standards that make Golden Wood special.

Your responsibilities will include:

Lead and support the resort team by providing clear direction, communication, and day-to-day guidance. Oversee the daily care of dogs, cats, and small animals , including feeding, medication, monitoring, and ensuring their overall well-being. Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and sanitation , including cleaning dog rooms, cat condos, and common areas. Provide basic dog grooming services , including baths, nail trims, and ear cleanings. Learn and utilize Gingr , our pet-care management software, for check-ins, check-outs, client communication, and documenting important pet information. Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and management regarding pets, clients, and facility operations. Provide outstanding customer service and build positive relationships with pet owners. Help oversee the facility throughout the day, ensuring that pet care, client care, cleanliness, and team performance consistently meet Golden Wood standards. Lead by example and help create a positive, respectful, and productive work environment . What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is a confident, dependable leader who is passionate about providing excellent care and service. Qualifications & Experience Previous supervisory or management experience Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent attention to detail Previous customer service experience Ability to confidently handle dogs of various sizes, breeds, temperaments, and energy levels Physical stamina and ability to work actively throughout the day Previous experience with basic dog grooming , including bathing, nail trims, and ear cleaning Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented in a busy environment Veterinary, kennel, daycare, boarding, grooming, or other animal-care experience is a plus!
