Job Description
Portland Harbor Hotel, a Colwen Hotels Property, is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. In this role you will lead the maintenance effort in the day-to-day efforts of maintaining the hotel property. Ideal candidate will be well organized and possess working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and maintaining safety standards and requirements. The primary goal of this position is to ensure the hotel is safe and functional for our associates and guests. Colwen Hotels is a hospitality group built on hard work, character, and authenticity. General Responsibilities:
Oversee and participate in day-to-day operation/maintenance of assigned hotel Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions in electrical/mechanical systems (e.g., HVAC, plumbing) and other hotel equipment as needed Follow OSHA Guidelines to ensure safe working environment (lock-out, tag- out, maintain MSDS sheets etc.
Requirements:
